All our prices stated on this website include VAT. Delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout depending on location and product specifications.  We reserve the right to change our price or availability of products at any time without notice.

Goods purchased from the site will be supplied subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If the product(s) are not dispatched for any reason Bullen Enterprises Ltd will issue a 100% refund. We will not be held responsible for any other losses that may occur.

“In Stock” means we currently stock the item or it is available via our supplier.

Delivery

Bullen Enterprises ltd aims to deliver your order by a major courier within 2-4 working days. If ordered before 11am we aim for next day delivery where possible. Bullen Enterprises Ltd will endeavor to supply tracking details where applicable. If a delay will be incurred in delivery the purchaser will be contacted as soon as possible to be made aware.

Warranty and Returns

Unwanted goods – Bullen Enterprises ltd offers a 5 day Return Policy. The Product must be unopened and still in the original packaging. If you have a question regarding this matter or if you want to return an order please contact us through our contacts page with an email address or telephone number for us to be able to contact you.

Faulty goods under Warranty - Any defects in the Goods which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be replacement or refunded by Bullen Enterprises ltd. Any claim for defective Goods or parts must be sent via email, specifying the date of purchase and invoice number within a reasonable period of time after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Bullen Enterprises Ltd shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Bullen Enterprises Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

In the event that a Bullen Enterprises Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bullen Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bullen Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bullen Enterprises Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
